Baptism Celebrations
We regularly provide the opportunity for individuals to express and celebrate their commitment to Jesus through baptism. Baptism celebrations usually take place on Sundays right after services. In the summer, we are always willing to baptize people outdoors in Narragansett Bay.
Through baptism, we identify with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. Going under the water illustrates the death of our “old self” and coming up out of the water portrays the reality of our new life in Jesus.
