Each of us wants to make a difference with our lives. God has given precious resources to each of us- time, talents, abilities, personality, experiences, and spiritual gifts. Serving the church is about using our God-given resources for our God-given purpose. Whether in a BP Kids classroom, at the café, or on stage with a guitar, God wants us to use whatever He has given us to help more people become disciples of Jesus.
Winter 2026 Serving Needs
It takes over 80 volunteers serving each Sunday to make our services possible. People choosing to use their time, gifts, and talents to help more people become and grow as disciples of Jesus. At BridgePointe, serving is more than volunteering—it’s being part of the mission God’s called us to.
We need 30 people to join our serve teams to keep them healthy and strong. Our Sunday Hospitality and Kids Team needs the most support, especially during the 11:45 AM service. Use the button below to sign up and learn more.

If you are interested in serving on a ministry team, we invite you to read through the list of teams below and determine which team you’d like to join. Each team has a list of current serving opportunities and a link to the team’s questionnaire. Check them out, pray over your decision, fill one out and a staff member will get back to you within a few days.

BP Kids
The BP Kids team creates a safe, fun, and loving environment where children learn about Jesus. There is nothing like seeing the joy on the face of a child as they learn a Bible verse and hear new stories about God. If you want to have fun working as part of a team to help the NextGen grow as disciples of Jesus, this is the team for you!

BP Youth
BP Students is an exciting and rewarding place to invest your time and impact the next generation. Our students need adults in their lives who will love them just as they are and help them to grow closer to God. If you like fun and games and want to help the NextGen grow as disciples of Jesus, this is the team for you!

Classes & Groups
Our Classes and Groups team creates environments to support the spiritual growth of our church family and help people develop impactful relationships. If you are interested in helping people grow as disciples of Jesus, this is the team for you!

Communication
Our Communications team supports all other BP ministries and offers opportunities for you to be as creative as God made you to be. From photography to social media, designing graphics, proofreading and more, there is a place for you on our team!

Hospitality
Our Hospitality team makes people feel welcome, encouraged and part of the BP Family. From directing cars, greeting people at the doors, or providing information, the hospitality team does it all. If you enjoy helping people feel welcome and would like to help them take their next step toward Jesus, this is the team for you!

Production
Our Production team is responsible for engineering a consistent and immersive worship environment and equipping our people for service. If you are interested in technology and want to join a fun, dedicated, and passionate team, then click below!

Worship Arts
Our Worship Arts team leads and invites us into a worshiping experience that glorifies God. The expression of our creativity is a way to worship God and help others to worship Him. If you love Jesus, love to serve others, and have a gift of music (vocally or instrumentally) or other creative art, this is the team for you!
