Sunday, December 14th, Jennifer and Chase chose to give themselves in surrender to Jesus through baptism. We praise God for each baptism, and pray for the Spirit to continue His work in their lives. On the outside, I seemed like a great person before devoting my life to Christ. If you knew me you probably would have thought I was a born again Christian, just like my parents did. While I knew Christ, and was raised in a Christian Congregation, I was deceived. Between childhood trauma, accepting the theories and ideals preached in public school, and my own pride, my life was one living in deceit. Only after walking by faith, returning to church, seeking His kingdom in all things, and submitting to His will did Jesus finally find me!!!

I had been a follower of Christ in my youth...though due to conflicts of belief with the church at the time I walked away from Christ and God and began to practice witchcraft. I had been a practitioner of witchcraft for over 20 years. I began to see the errors of my ways. And thankfully Jesus was there waiting for me with open arms and full forgiveness for my mistakes. I am getting baptized to fully commit myself to God and Jesus Christ.
