A Place to Grow as a Disciple
At BridgePointe, groups are designed with one purpose: to help you grow as a disciple of Jesus. We believe that disciples of Jesus grow at the intersection of formation, community, and mission. Therefore, in groups, we study Scripture, pray together, and encourage one another in the journey of spiritual formation. Through mutual accountability and a shared commitment to follow Jesus, we become a community that looks more like Him with each passing day.

Our application for group leadership is open for the upcoming season. As a Group Leader, you will serve on the frontlines, walking alongside people as you learn and practice the way of Jesus together. If you are interested in serving our church in this area, please consider applying below today.
What is the process to becoming a group leader?

2. Interview with the Group’s Leadership Team
3. Go through New Leader Class
4. Launch your Group
5. Come to Group Leader Training Nights
