Rising Tide Update \\ Delay on Move to the Middle School
On Sunday, August 16th, we shared a Rising Tide update and some important news. Ezekiel and Jared spent time looking back at how God has faithfully provided through our church community, while also looking ahead to what is next for BridgePointe—including an update on our anticipated move to Martin Middle School this fall.

Financial & Generosity Milestone
When we launched Rising Tide, our heart was simple: to respond to what God is doing through BridgePointe with increased faith and generosity. As we closed out our fiscal year on June 30th, and have moved into the new one, we see that we have so much to celebrate. God has faithfully provided for every ministry need of our church, and we are deeply grateful for your continuous support.
Regarding Rising Tide, your faithful response has been beyond encouraging:
88 New Givers choosing to step out in faith and trust God with their finances for the first time.
372 Participating Households saying yes to seeing more of God’s work in and through BridgePointe.
$1.02 Million Given collectively as of August 9th!
Reaching over $1M keeps us firmly on track to reach our goals. Thank you for your incredible generosity and for trusting us to steward these resources for God’s kingdom!
Impact: Lives Changed and Kingdom Growth
These financial milestones aren't just numbers—they represent real, life-changing impact:
Student Ministry: This summer, our students returned from camp so deeply impacted by their experience that they launched their own virtual prayer group!
Baptism Celebration: At our recent church picnic, we celebrated as 42 people publicly took the step of baptism!
New Growth Opportunities: We are stepping into fall with new opportunities to connect, including a Women’s class and an Alpha course—a welcoming space to explore faith and ask honest questions.
Record Attendance: This past Easter, we experienced our largest gathering ever, welcoming 1,200 people across four services.
While we are profoundly grateful for our current facility, moments like Easter serve as a reminder that our current physical footprint limits our ability to make room for all that God is doing.
Facility Update & Service Relocation Timeline Shift
To address our space constraints, we introduced a plan to transition our Sunday services to Martin Middle Schoolas an intermediate step toward a long-term home. This move gives us room to grow, reach more people in the East Bay, and position us to sustainably multiply.
Originally, we intended to make this move in October of this year. However, we are delaying our move to the middle school to the spring of 2027.
While waiting can be challenging, we see God’s hand of provision in this timing. Through His favor, we have reached an agreement on alease extension at our current building. This guarantees we have a reliable home base without disruption, while giving us the necessary time to prepare well for a seamless transition to Martin Middle School in 2027.
This shift in timing does not diminish our vision—it sets us up to execute it with even greater strength, sustainability, and intention.
