God has blessed BridgePointe with so many resources, the greatest of which is the people who serve both in volunteer and paid positions in ministry. As we are preparing for what God has next for BridgePointe, we are looking to expand our staff team.

We’re looking for gifted men and women who are passionate about helping people encounter and follow Jesus. Because of this, we aren’t starting with rigid job titles or fixed job descriptions. Instead, we know we have a few open positions—with flexibility for part-time or full-time roles—and we want to build those roles around the right people.

We know that God has uniquely gifted people right here in our congregation, and we want to start with a conversation. If you have some of the following skills and experience and are excited about BridgePointe’s mission and contributing to what God is doing here, we invite you to reach out!

What We’re Looking For

Relevant Experience

  • Project Management

  • Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Social Media & Marketing

  • Communications & Content Development

  • Office Administration

  • Event Coordination

Skills & Strengths

  • Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills

  • Create systems, workflows, and processes that improve effectiveness

  • Clear, compelling writing and verbal communication skills

  • Proactively identify needs, take responsibility, and follow through

  • Bonus: graphic design, visual arts, web design
