NextGen Sunday
On October 11th, we were blessed to have BP Youth serve and lead us in worship for Next Gen Sunday! Check out the photo slideshow above to catch some of the best moments from the day.
From greeting families in the parking lot and serving in the café, to hosting the service, passing communion, and playing in the worship band—the next generation truly stepped up. We were even joined by our elementary-aged BP Kids, who helped kick off the morning by leading us in "Praise."
We also celebrated a special milestone as Lukas and Bailey dedicated their daughter, Iva. Lukas and Bailey met, married, and built their life together right here at BP, where Lukas serves as our Production Director. Watching them commit to raising Iva to know and follow Jesus was such a sweet moment for our church family. You can read a blessing Lukas wrote for Iva on this page.
Thank you to everyone who served, cheered on our students, and made Next Gen Sunday so memorable. From the youngest joining in a song of praise, to youth using their gifts and talents, to a sweet child dedication -- the day truly gave us a chance to focus on the gospel legacy we want to leave behind.
