Child Dedication - May 10
On Mother's Day, we had the joy of witnessing four families dedicate their children to the Lord. It was a beautiful time of commitment, both for the parents and for us as their church family. We are so excited to see how God works in the lives of these little ones! If you missed it, check out the video of the dedication on YouTube. We also invite you to read the parents' prayers for their children below and join us in celebrating and praying for these families as they lead their children to follow Jesus.
Peter and Rosario dedicated Nolan Patrick
“…and whatever you do whether in word or deed do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.” - Colossians 3:17
John and Sara dedicated Olivia Lee
Olivia has been a blessing from the very start. We prayed that God would bless us with a baby girl and he did. Having the BridgePointe family help us guide her towards Jesus and keeping her on the right path is also a blessing.
“I prayed for this child and the Lord has granted me what I asked of him.” – 1 Samuel 1:27
“For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.” – Psalms 91:11
Bailey and David dedicated Rose Rae
We dedicate Rose to the Lord with thankful hearts, recognizing that she is a precious gift entrusted to us by God. Our prayer is that she grows to know His goodness, walks confidently in His truth, and always finds peace in His presence. We promise to love her deeply, guide her faithfully, and continually point her toward Christ through every season of life. May Rose always know she is deeply loved and cherished by her family and Heavenly Father.
Psalm 139 reminds us that before Rose was born, God knew her completely, formed her with care, and created her for a beautiful purpose. She is wonderfully made, deeply loved, and never apart from His presence.
“You created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well” – Psalm 139:13-14
Elizabeth and James dedicated AJ
As grandparents, Elizabeth and James, desire nothing more than for their grandson to see the love of Jesus through them and for AJ to choose to follow Jesus.
“The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing.” – Psalm 23:1
“For nothing will be impossible with God.” – Luke 1:37
