Deep Freeze Recap

BP Youth recently returned from Deep Freeze 2025 at Camp Berea in Hebron, NH. With 70 students and 13 leaders, this retreat centered on the theme "The New Temple," exploring how God's Spirit dwells within us.

Duffy Robbins, our main speaker, delivered powerful messages through the story of Mephibosheth from 2 Samuel, drawing parallels between his invitation to the king's table and God's invitation to us. His teachings resonated deeply with our students, sparking meaningful discussions in small groups about God's unconditional love and acceptance. Most importantly, we celebrate that four students made the life-changing decision to follow Jesus during the retreat.

The winter landscape of Camp Berea provided the perfect setting for snow tubing, rock climbing, and team challenges. Our students, representing team green, competed with determination and sportsmanship across various activities. Though we didn't bring home the trophy this year, their effort and character shone through every competition.

The weekend was filled with adventure, fellowship, and spiritual transformation. Our students returned home carrying not only memories of fun but also a deeper understanding of their identity as God's temple and their place at His table.

A special thank you to all the families who entrusted us with their students, our dedicated volunteer leaders who gave their weekend to pour into these young lives, and our generous sponsors who helped make this retreat financially accessible for all. Your support and partnership in ministry make transformative experiences like Deep Freeze possible.

We invite you to continue praying for our students as they grow in their faith. If you have middle or high school students, we'd love to welcome them to BP Youth. Join us for our weekly gatherings and mark your calendars for our upcoming summer retreat. The adventure of faith continues!
