Open Staff Position

We’re hiring!

BridgePointe has most recently had a director position responsible for both our hospitality and outreach ministries . Aracelis, better known as Celi, has been leading these ministries in a part time role for almost 3 years and has been doing a great job. We have noticed a growing conflict in managing both ministries as the church continues to grow. Celi also started to notice this strain and started to feel that there needed to be a change for her to thrive. These ministries are both important pieces to our mission and in order to do them well, we have decided to separate the roles. 

Outreach Coordinator (Part-time)

Celi will be stepping into the position of Outreach Coordinator. She will be responsible for our outreach events such as the Back to School Fair and Egg Hunt. She will also be responsible for growing our outreach ministry to provide additional opportunities for us to serve our community and support our mission partners. We’re excited for God to use Celi’s gifting in this new role!

Guest Experience Director & Office Admin (Full-Time)

We have created a new position that will be responsible for providing leadership for hospitality and engagement while providing some office admin support.This leader will create welcoming and engaging environments at BridgePointe and help people connect to the church to grow in their faith. Please pray that God would fill this position with the right person and pass along the opportunity to people you think would be a good candidate.
