BridgePointe is searching for a new Discipleship Director. We have been blessed to have Keith filling this position for the last four years and are grateful for how he has served our BP Family all the way up to his recent transition to plant a church in Pawtucket. The role of Discipleship Director is very important for our church because this person will have a big impact on the continued disciple-making mission of BridgePointe. The Discipleship Director is responsible for creating a strategy to help people follow Jesus, grow in their faith and join the mission of making more disciples. All of us can take a step to be more like Jesus. Whether you are questioning your faith, a new disciple, or have been following Jesus for many years, you can learn to live and love more like Jesus. If you are excited by being a part of connecting people to Jesus and the church, this could be the right position for you.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to oversee a thriving small groups ministry. Small groups provide a place for people to belong, grow in their faith, and live on mission together. The Discipleship Director will also be responsible for providing supplemental resources, creating classes and other relational environments to help our BP Family grow as disciples.
