Join Us In-Person

Starting June 28th, BridgePointe will reopen for in-person gatherings! It’s been over three months and we’re ready to reopen and welcome you back to in-person worship.

Please read through the following to find out what in-person worship at BridgePointe will look like.

What do I need to know?

  • To begin, we are offering two in-person services at 8:30 am and 10:00 am. As demand increases and our pool of volunteers who serve increases, we plan on adding a third service.

  • The auditorium rows have been spaced and chairs are removed. We have room for 100 people to worship with us at each service in spaced out groupings. You will need to RSVP and register for Sunday. Registration will open Monday at noon for the following Sunday’s services.

  • According to state guidelines, we are asking you to wear masks and practice social distancing for the health and benefit of others.

  • Please do not attend if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms.

  • Our cleaning team has been reinforced and improved. They’re ready to go with a deep clean each week before services and cleaning in between services that includes wiping down door handles and surfaces, and a thorough cleaning of bathrooms.

What can I expect when I come?

  • Our awesome parking team will be in the lot to greet you when you come. Doors will open 10 minutes before service starts. If the doors haven’t yet opened for the service you’re attending, we are closing off a portion of the parking lot so that you have room to wait before you come in.

  • Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance and in the auditorium. We’ve also created a clear one-way flow through the building. We have one set of doors for people to enter through and another to exit from in order to prevent congestion.

  • On your way to the auditorium we will have a self-serve table where you can pick up pre-packaged communion.

  • We encourage you to give online and use our online connect card, but we will also have connect cards and giving envelopes available for you to take and place in boxes as you leave.

What are you doing for families?

  • We are using the Back Space to enable families to comfortably spread out in the room in spaces demarcated by rugs. With limited availability, RSVP will be needed for this room too.

  • We will not have our usual BP Kids children’s programming. However, we will have an Elementary class with room for 10 children ages 6-11 years old. Sign up your child when you RSVP.

  • Likewise, we are not having a Middle School student service right now. But Student group is up and running. Check out what our Students are up to.

  • We are working on ways to expand programming in a safe environment for our kids and volunteers. Stay tuned.

Join us Online

You may not be ready to meet in person yet. Perhaps you are in a high-risk category for COVID-19, or have circumstances that will keep you worshipping from home a little longer. That’s ok! If you’re not ready, we are continuing to provide three online services each week. We love you and we are here for you.

Please join us online on Sundays and reach out if you need us.
