Deep Freeze 2023 / March 10-12
We leave Friday at 4 PM and return Sunday at 4 PM.
Join us for a fun filled weekend at Camp Berea. We stay in cabins, play unforgettable games, eat great food, and make lifelong friends. We will grow together in our faith as we look at Jesus together. This year’s Deep Freeze event’s theme is “Shattered” - we hope you can join us!

Please follow the following steps to register and pay.
Step 1 - Register with BridgePointe
Click on the button below to register your children. Registration closes March 3rd. However, we encourage you to register as early as possible to help us plan for the trip.
Fee & payment: There is a $205.00 fee for each student. You will be able to make an online payment when you fill out the form to register your child. If cost is an issue and you need financial assistance to attend, please reach out to Nelson regarding a scholarship.
Step 2 - Register with Berea
Berea requires that you register with them as well. The button below will take you to a pdf that outlines the steps and explains how to do that. There is a link in the pdf (….. ) that will take you to their website.
Step 3 - Schedule & Packing List

Leave BridgePointe Friday at 4 PM.
Return to BridgePointe Sunday at 4 PM.
Packing List
Warm Clothes (Winter Boots, Gloves, Hat, Snow Pants)
Gym clothes (Shorts, T-shirt, sneakers)
Bedding, Sleeping Bag, Pillow
Bath towel and hand towel
Toiletries (Shampoo, Toothbrush, Soap, Deodorant, etc.)
Bible, Notebook, Pen
Optional: Money for Snack Shop, Vending Machines, and Berea Store
Deep Freeze Dive Participants: Clothes and footwear to wear into the lake (tee and shorts, or one-piece/overlapping tankini for girls or swim trunks for guys); warm layers for before and after
